the STORY
Loki met Abraham de la Fontaine at the state fair. He had been wearing a female form, and taking pleasure in causing small mischief. Things like moving grooming brushes three inches to the left, or swapping the appearance of dimes and pennies in the till. Nothing big, not on this day. Abraham had been enjoying a bag of cotton candy, unconcerned with the appearance of a grown man eating a children's sweet. (Loki isn't sure what drew him, really.) They shared a night in a hotel, exchanged numbers with only the expectation of a little bit of fun.
It wasn't surprising, to Loki, to have conceived while with Abraham, and while there were a number of things he could do with a half-human spawn, he wanted to gift the kind, lonely man. Abraham was given full custody of little Phillip at the moment of birth. (Loki is still proud of himself for that one - went through the trouble of bamboozling a hospital staff into believing he'd been a patient there for years, and was having a difficult labor). Until Abraham met Audrey, Loki stuck around California quite a bit. Phillip had a maternal presence, and learned basic illusions at Loki's illused knee.
Robin's family lives in California. His step-brother is the son of Nemestrinus, the minor Roman god of the woods. He is married to Francie, a second-generation child of Tempestes, the Roman goddess of the storms. They have a child together, Robin's niece Rorie. The other women of his family are mortal, and relatively unaware of their brothers' divine parentage.
the RELATIONSHIPS
Camp Midgard[/b]
Evan Creswell, son of Loki - younger brother. Evan hasn't been claimed yet, but Robin has taken him under wing anyways. Robin is one of the best swordsmen in Camp Midgard, and a patient teacher besides. With a war brewing on the horizon, not even the youngest demigod can afford to neglect weapons. Mandi-cakes
Justin Davis, son of Thor, Aesir - No. Robin and Justin have a mutual distrust of each other, mostly stemming from their parentage. Justin's sister is Robin's best girl, and he hasn't the slightest idea what happened with him. Justin likes to treat Robin like a little brother, which pisses Loki's son off no end. The Aesir was much less insufferable before his promotion.
AnnaRaelene Thatcher, daughter of Loki - 'twin' sister. They are the same age, but if there is a demigod Robin gets along with worst, it would be Rae. She is devoted to her father, and cares not for love. Robin is fizz-bang, flip-flop, head-over-heels, heaven-for-a-minute in love. They fight about many things, but she is the one sibling Robin cannot bring himself to share his relationship with.
ShadowRosalia Moore, daughter of Loki - younger sister. Close, not quite friends, but there will be hell to pay for messing with Loki's daughter. Sometimes Robin feels like Rosalia's father, or perhaps a favorite uncle, because her father isn't around much. Robin got more time with Loki-as-mom than Rosalia did with Loki-as-dad, and having a steady-tempered father and step-mother definitely helped.
Mandi-cakesRiley Davis, daughter of Thor, Vanir - best girl. To the casual observer, Robin and Riley cannot stand each other. They are constantly sniping at each other, and things that ought to be friendly spars get malicious awfully quick. They pick at each others clothes, choice in dates, and parentage. A more observant individual might notice that they seem to have a very similar taste in clothes. In fact, if they didn't know better, they might say that they shared that pair of pants.
Mandi-cakesSummer Allens, daughter of Eostre - friends. Summer's true disposition is what Robin likes to present to the world. Her presence is a balm to the disconnect between his emotions and the mask he wears. They are often in each other's company.
AnnaZachary Allwood, son of Baldr - prospective brothers-in-law. Snark off. Zachary is probably the first person to have called Phillip by the moniker of ‘Robin’, way back when. Robin and Zach are good friends who communicate with snark and jokes, and Robin thinks he’s good for his half-sister.

Camp Jupiter[/i] in love with this Roman Centurion. He knows Dylan is Roman, and Dylan knows that he is Norse, but neither knows that the other knows of their divine parentage. (This will be fun!) Lately, Robin’s thoughts have been turning towards matrimony…
AnnaJohn Tyler de la Fontaine, son of Nemestrinus - step brother. John's mother married Robin's father when the boys were in preschool. If asked, they claim each other as kin. Robin knows that John is a Roman demigod, but John does not know Robin's Nordic ties.
NPC, adoptable.
Francesca Rachel de la Fontaine née Corsaut, second generation legacy of Tempestes. Robin does not see his sister-in-law much, and is unaware of the particulars regarding her parentage. They are friends, and he dotes upon her daughter.
NPC, adoptable.[/ul]
Deities[/i], and plans to nudge his son in a better direction once the war is finished and the Roman is dead.

the WARDROBE
Gyges Ring - Situated on his left index finger, it has a large, multifaceted onyx in a gold setting. It was anointed with a number of things, including blood, ash, and graveyard dirt, to act as a vessel for his raven messenger. The name is a little bit of a joke for Robin, as it is also enchanted with a 'Notice-Me-Not' glamor, activated when he turns to onyx to his palm. It's aplay on the story of Gyges and his ring of invisibility.
Glamour Ring - This, he wears on his right thumb. It was his initiation ring, for the period of time between fourteen and seventeen, when Robin belonged to a Canadian coven. Once he broke ties with his coven, he used it to anchor all of the various glamors he employs on a daily basis - the little ones hiding his many scars, as well as the big ones that hide...other things.
Opal Ring - For a child of the Norse, Robin is also an Egyptian magic user. His patron goddess is Isis, and the ring he wears on his right middle finger was a gift from her. It is a receptacle of magic, and whenever Robin has a little extra strength that he doesn't need, or if he gets over-charged and has a dangerous amount of energy, he charges the opal. In times of need, it is a powerful back up.
